Fabulous small family run hotel with spectacular views of the Boka bay. Unbeatable and incredible location in the centre, close to restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk from Otocic Sveti Dorde. Great to have an outdoor restaurant at the waterfront for breakfast.

The room was bright, big size and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was incredible, in front of restaurants and bars. It was across the magnificent area. The hotel had a good restaurant at the waterfront for breakfast.

The room was beautifully decorated and nice styled with a nice bathroom and the staff was amicable! Our breakfast was good with probably the best view in town over the Bay of Kotor.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a magnificent area, really close to the amazing Perast, the waterfront in the centre of Perast, and Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi. our room was tastefully decorated and stylish and had a picturesque view of the sea. the restaurant served a wide array of meals for breakfast. we where in the best possible and peaceful location a 10-15 minute walk from an artificial island.

The location of the hotel was perfect - relatively close to Martinovic Palace. The breakfast was satisfactory with extremely decent value and also probably the best view in town over the Bay of Kotor, and the restaurant was fantastic.

Truly enjoyed my very very good stay for good vacation. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. There were a refrigerator and glassware upon arrival. The location was perfect and lovely, relatively near Franco Alfirevic Pjesnik. And I was in front of restaurants and bars. The staff was superfriendly and amiable - I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel in a marvelous place in the center of town offers great value for money. The rooms have a beautiful sea view, and some even have a little balcony for sun-downer drinks. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast served al fresco right beside the water is a delightful experience with probably the best view in town over the Bay of Kotor.
